National Novel Writing Month: Day 5!

So far we have had three days of novel-writing in class. Today is technically day 5 of the November Noveling Challenge, so students should be well under way.

Upcoming Deadlines: 
**First milestone check-in is this THURSDAY,  November 7th.  Ms. Witham will be checking for 20% of your total word count goal. Specific class goals vary, and students may set higher goals for themselves. Please check your class page for specific expectations.

Important reminder: Students MUST write at home. You cannot meet your daily word count goal with in-class noveling alone. Please set up a buddy system to help yourself stay on track!

Make sure you know your average word count per page of writing in your novel notebook. You should write this number at the top of your Table of Contents.
